When will my order ship?
We know you’re excited — same. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

How long will shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you live.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We start prepping your order quickly...we know corgis don’t like waiting. If you need to make a change, email support@thefloofcollective.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

What’s your return policy?
Not the pawfect fit? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

How do I start a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, log in to your customer account and open the order you'd like to return or exchange. Select the eligible item(s) and submit your request for review. Once your request is approved, we'll email you with the next steps and any return or exchange shipping instructions.

Do you offer free returns?
Yes! Eligible first-order returns and exchanges include a free prepaid return shipping label. Simply submit your request through your customer account, and we'll take care of the rest.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return reaches us, please allow 5–7 business days for processing and refunds. Exchanges typically ship out shortly after we receive your original item.

Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit, unless otherwise noted.

How do I find the right size for my corgi?
Check our Sizing Guide for detailed measurements and fit notes. Every style is designed with corgi proportions in mind — long bodies, short legs, and all the floof in between.

What if my corgi is between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a comfier fit and easier movement.

Do you make products for other breeds?
Our designs are corgi-first, however our bandanas fit other short legged breeds and our collar charms work for all breeds. Our sweaters & hoodie sizing is based off of Pembroke Welsh corgi measurements, so please visit our Sizing Guide page for detailed instructions to fit match corgi-mixes and Cardigan Welsh corgis.

How do I wash my corgi’s apparel?
We get it — adventures get messy. Our products are machine-washable with cold water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

How do I clean my corgi’s collar charms?
Wipe charm gently with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt, drool, and everyday grime.

Are your materials durable?
Yes! Our fabrics are designed to handle all the zoomies, sploots, and everyday chaos that come with corgi life.
